Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the recruitment process via the company ATS.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal teams.
Along with a strong attention to detail you should possess exceptional (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills, together with excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude and the ability to deal with colleagues of all levels
