Take the lead in shaping a best-in-class governance and corporate secretarial function for a growing fiduciary group. This senior role offers strategic oversight of client service delivery, operational development, and regulatory compliance across a varied portfolio of corporate entities.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of client entities.
- Managing client board and shareholder meetings, and drafting minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
- Ensuring statutory records are accurate and filings are completed with the Registrar, GFSC, and relevant bodies.
- Supporting incorporations, entity transfers, and due diligence reviews.
- Leading and mentoring a growing team of CoSec professionals.
- Driving service improvement, policy development, and innovation.
- Assisting with business development and representing the company at client or market-facing events.
- Ensuring compliance with AML, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' corporate services experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role. They will bring expert knowledge of Guernsey statutory and regulatory requirements and a strong understanding of corporate governance best practices. An ICSA/CGI qualification is preferred. Experience using Viewpoint and Microsoft Office is essential, alongside excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
