Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate HRIS records and personnel files.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews.
- Assisting with monthly payroll and pension schedules.
- Coordinating HR audits, reporting, L&D activities and benefits administration.
- Managing contracts, employee lifecycle events, and recruitment coordination.
- Supporting HR projects, analytics and compliance checks.
- Providing general support to the Head of HR and HR Consultant.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR support or administrative role, alongside payroll experience. Strong organisation and data accuracy skills are essential, alongside the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Confidence with HR systems and Microsoft Office is key.
