Job Duties:
Assist with a range of day-to-day tasks including maintaining the chart of accounts to ensure payments and sources of funds can be processed efficiently Understand the different requirements and processes for various categories of assets and liabilities Maintain and update accounting registers on the system Assist the team with bookkeeping Support the team with the preparation of client reporting Ensure timesheets are completed daily
Job Requirements:
Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent Some office or general administrative experience would be advantageous but not essential Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with colleagues Excellent written and verbal English Strong IT skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent time management and organisational skills Willingness to learn both through professional qualifications and on-the-job training An interest in understanding the different areas of the company, the services provided, and the organisational values and culture Basic knowledge of financial markets and offshore fiduciary services would be beneficial
