Trust Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator with a focus on providing exceptional service within the corporate services industry. This role is full-time and offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of client entities. The successful candidate will play a key part in assisting clients with their corporate governance and compliance requirements. As a valued member of the team, you will engage with multinational corporations, private clients, and other professionals to ensure that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met. The role demands a highly organised individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Duties:

Administer a portfolio of client entities and perform day-to-day administration tasks Assist with the collection of accounts receivable and ensure accurate maintenance of statutory books Manage database administration and related statutory filings and payments Support incorporation and liquidation processes proactively Participate in servicing periodic board meetings of client companies Create and maintain various internal tracking spreadsheets and reporting systems Collect and collate KYC documents for client files Communicate with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, and government institutions Engage in the structuring of transactions as necessary Act as the first point of contact for junior team members, providing coaching and delegation of tasks

Job Requirements:

Graduate in business and/or corporate law 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position within a corporate services provider or law firm Highly organised, accurate, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of transactions Effective team player with the ability to work independently Proficient in multitasking and managing unforeseen urgencies Client-focused with a dynamic attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Fluent in English, with strong communication capabilities
