Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Officer as part of the Private Wealth team in Guernsey who'll be managing first-line defence risks and contributing to ad-hoc projects. It helps ensure compliance and protects against fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and reputational risks.
What You'll Do -
- You’ll collaborate across teams - including the Mauritius GCD, Private Wealth, and Compliance - to support first-line risk management and policy development.
- You’ll use sound judgment to identify and escalate risks, ensuring timely reporting and regulatory compliance.
- You’ll assist with client onboarding, due diligence, and risk profiling in line with CRA and SERR frameworks.
- You’ll coordinate and document committee meetings (ACE, AOC), track action points, and support board reporting.
- You’ll contribute to team development, monitor compliance feedback, and help drive quality assurance and risk control improvements.
