About the Role:
The States of Guernsey are looking for a part-time Customer Liaison Officer to join the team at The Guernsey Institute. This role is 15 hours per week, term-time and is a fixed 6 month Contract. The post holder will be expected to deliver high-level coordination in support of the College's commitment to responsive provision and exceptional customer service. They will take ownership of customer relationship management within a designated curriculum area, ensuring consistent and effective engagement. Working collaboratively with the Business Development team, the postholder will contribute to a customer-focused, efficient service delivery model that supports the organisation's strategic and operational goals, while enhancing the overall customer experience..
