This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for a trainee or graduate looking to build a rewarding career in financial services.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of trust and corporate accounts under supervision
- Assisting with client onboarding and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drafting key documents including minutes, resolutions, and correspondence
- Liaising with internal teams and external service providers to maintain smooth operations
You will be a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills, someone eager to learn, grow, and take initiative and has previous office experience (1–2 years) – trust experience not essential but welcome
