Banking Our client is seeking a temporary Customer Service Executive to support the Corporate Banking team. This role involves providing exceptional client service and assisting in the day-to-day administration of client needs. Job Duties:
Assist in the daily administration of providing excellent client service Collaborate closely with Account Managers to assist with client instructions, including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits, and corporate actions Facilitate positive cross-departmental coordination to ensure a highly effective service for clients Provide assistance to team members during busy periods Ensure adherence to all relevant rules, regulations, and bank policies regarding clients
Job Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Proficient IT skills Experience in any banking role is desirable but not required as training will be provided Strong user awareness of IT skills Keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic
