Trust Manager

Step into a key leadership position as a Trust Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies and complex structures while guiding a high-performing administration team in Guernsey . You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client management, ensure full regulatory compliance, and act as a central point of contact for clients, intermediaries and internal teams. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships, drive efficiencies, and play a pivotal part in developing and mentoring junior colleagues. Responsibilities include: Lead the daily management of a varied client portfolio Support, coach and develop team members to achieve their KPIs Strengthen client and intermediary relationships through clear, confident communication Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency You’ll bring extensive fiduciary experience, strong technical knowledge across trusts and company structures, and a proven track record in managing teams. Excellent communication, critical thinking and the ability to prioritise with confidence are essential.
