Step into a pivotal Assistant Manager position within a Corporate Services team in one of our key client’s **Guernsey **office, supporting a varied portfolio of complex private equity and real estate structures. You’ll oversee day-to-day administration, collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors, and ensure every client receives a high standard of service.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, technical confidence and experience in regulated finance or professional services who’s ready to take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain accurate administration of a complex client portfolio
  • Support senior leaders with team oversight and deliverables
  • Liaise confidently with advisors, boards and banking partners
  • Ensure compliance, governance and financial processes are met to deadline

You’ll bring proven industry experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to professional development. A relevant qualification would be ideal, though strong experience will also be considered.
