Legal, Operations Our client is seeking a Knowledge Services Assistant to support the delivery of knowledge solutions to their global practice. This role involves maintaining all knowledge resources while ensuring risk management, quality control, and consistency across teams and offices. Ideal for someone looking to develop a career in legal operations, this position will contribute to various projects and initiatives that enhance the firm's knowledge management systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing support in documentation, research, and content management. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration. The role is full-time, with standard working hours in place. Job Duties:

Maintain and develop the global precedent and know-how database, ensuring its integrity through stringent quality control processes. Apply the firm's style to knowledge documents and promote its adoption across the global practice. Automate documentation and maintain templates for relevant practice teams. Assist in new legal operations projects by maintaining project documentation and attending meetings. Curate and manage content for global knowledge platforms. Provide current awareness updates using the relevant platform. Assist with legal and business research to support client matters. Support onboarding processes for new hires. Contribute to thought leadership campaigns by proofreading content for the website. Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed to maintain service lines. Cover for the absence of other knowledge team members. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Knowledge Managers and/or COO.

Job Requirements:

Educated to degree level, ideally in law or a related subject. Some law firm experience is desirable but not essential. Strong IT skills with an interest in technologies such as AI. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. A client-centric approach to services. Ability to represent the team and the firm professionally both internally and externally. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with initiative and drive. A conscientious and committed outlook. Good communication and writing skills. Flexibility and adaptability.
