We’re searching for an experienced pensions professional to step into a **Manager or Assistant Manager **role within a busy Trust team in Guernsey.

This is a great opportunity to oversee a varied portfolio of bespoke international and local pension schemes while shaping and supporting a developing team. You’ll work closely with a sophisticated client base, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to wider team initiatives.

Responsibilities include :

  • Oversee the daily administration of a diverse portfolio of pension schemes.
  • Review and approve investment and banking transactions.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Guide, support and mentor a team of administrators.

You’ll bring solid experience in pensions, trust or company secretarial administration, strong working knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements, and confidence managing people. Familiarity with investments, Guernsey-based pension arrangements, and professional qualifications are all welcomed but not essential.
