Responsibilities include:
- Administering a portfolio of trust and company entities, including client and intermediary communication, payments, transactional work and preparing minutes or resolutions.
- Maintaining high-quality client relationships through timely responses, professional service and attending virtual or in-person client meetings.
- Supporting senior management with onboarding new business, preparing committee documentation, and overseeing periodic reviews, fee invoices and portfolio time allocations.
- Ensuring all compliance, due diligence and regulatory requirements are met with accurate records and tasks completed within required time frames.
You will be detail-oriented, proactive and confident in managing deadlines. Strong communication skills, relationship-building ability and a commitment to excellent client service are key. You’ll thrive in a role that balances independence with teamwork and offers continuous growth.
