Our client is looking for an experienced broker who enjoys retaining business, identifying cross-selling opportunities and contributing to sustainable revenue growth to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a loyal client base, providing trusted insurance advice while building long-term commercial relationships.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing professional insurance advice and customer service, face-to-face and by telephone.
- Managing quotations, adjustments and renewals across standard personal insurance products.
- Maintaining and retaining existing client relationships.
- Processing insurance documentation accurately and in line with internal procedures.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell insurance products where appropriate.
- Supporting the team leader with workflow and departmental matters.
- Developing new client relationships to support business growth.
- Maintaining CPD and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within insurance broking, strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. They will be well organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to study towards Cert CII is expected, alongside good IT skills and an understanding of regulatory requirements.
