This is a senior leadership role that will be focused on driving private wealth growth, managing high-value client relationships and contributing to business strategy, while balancing commercial success with strong governance and risk management.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking overall responsibility for complex private wealth client relationships, delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted adviser
- Driving business development through intermediary relationships, networking and the expansion of services to existing clients
- Supporting directors in implementing business strategy, improving profitability and managing risk across the Jersey business
- Providing leadership to teams through mentoring, performance management and promoting a strong culture of professionalism
