One of our valued clients – a leading financial services firm – is seeking an experienced Administrator / Senior Administrator to join their dynamic Fund Solutions team in Jersey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fund administration professional who enjoys managing complex structures and delivering exceptional client service. The role offers exposure to venture capital, private equity, and fund-of-fund clients, with a particular focus on life sciences, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc client meetings.
  • Investor Communications: Manage the distribution of investor updates and scheduled reporting.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain records for invoices, static data, investor queries, and meeting minutes.
  • Billing & Audit Support: Lead client invoicing and assist with interim and annual audits.

You should have previous experience in a similar fund administration role, be working towards (or holding) a professional qualification such as an ICSA and be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
