Step into a highly numerical role where you’ll support the smooth administration and accounting of a substantial portfolio within a busy Fund of Funds team based within one of our valued clients in their **Guernsey **office.

As a** Fund Administrator,** you’ll gain exposure to complex fund structures, work closely with a major institutional client, and develop your skills under the guidance of an experienced Financial Reporting Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone progressing through their accounting qualifications, enjoys detail-heavy work and wants strong technical development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle day-to-day administration, bookkeeping, valuations, investor reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Complete bank reconciliations, support audit queries, and maintain accurate records on eFront.
  • Build strong relationships with client contacts and deliver prompt, reliable support.
  • Assist with onboarding, integrating, and training trainee staff.

You’ll bring strong numerical abilities, early-stage professional qualification studies, and a collaborative, proactive attitude. Confidence with systems, attention to detail, and good communication will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment.
