A respected and independent fiduciary services firm in **Guernsey **is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Trust Officer to join their team.
This role focuses on managing a designated portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, delivering high-quality administration, and supporting the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day administration of assigned client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Proactively managing client communications, queries, cash collection, and documentation, while liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of information.
- Supporting client meetings, preparing notes and follow-up actions, and providing guidance to junior administrators.
- Maintaining accurate records, managing time effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
You should be professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service and supporting the development of team members.
