A well-established fiduciary services firm is seeking a Client Administrator to join their Trust & Corporate team in Guernsey.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality client administration across a portfolio of trusts and company structures, providing vital support to the team while maintaining excellent client and intermediary relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering a portfolio of client entities, including communications, transactional work, payments, and preparation of minutes/resolutions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client profiles, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with due diligence and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting onboarding, outgoing business processes, and fee management within set timeframes.
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings, producing post-meeting notes, and assisting senior management as required.

You will succeed in this role if you have strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management skills, have excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to build client and colleague relationships., and are proactive, flexible, and able to work independently while supporting the team.
