One of our key clients – a well-established financial services organisation – is seeking a Payment Officer to join its growing back-office operations team in their **Guernsey **office, supporting fund administration activities across a diverse client portfolio.

This is a detail-driven operational role focused on processing payments and maintaining accurate records, offering strong exposure to fund administration within a collaborative, professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing payments including invoices, capital calls and distributions in line with internal procedures and controls
  • Updating investor information accurately within internal systems, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Supporting due diligence processes by collating and maintaining required documentation
  • Managing document storage and records within the document management system, alongside ad-hoc project support

You should have a self-motivated and reliable approach, with the ability to work accurately under pressure, possess strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to support colleagues and be comfortable following procedures and controls, with good attention to detail
