We are pleased to be working with one of our key clients – an established and fast-growing global professional services organisation – to help them find an HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor for its People function in Guernsey.

This is a hands-on, people-focused HR role combining strategic input with operational delivery, offering real influence in shaping culture, processes and the employee experience across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner, providing day-to-day advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
  • Delivering operational HR activities including employee relations, performance management, recruitment support and payroll coordination
  • Maintaining accurate HR data, records and systems, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Supporting engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives, alongside wider HR projects and change activity

You should have a practical, organised and methodical approach with strong attention to detail, be a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and have high levels of integrity and discretion, with a genuine interest in people, culture and modern HR practices.
