We have a current opportunity for a HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will work alongside the HR team to support the delivery of the Group's people strategy. You will be integral to the development of their inclusive workplace culture and will provide support on a wide range of HR activities across the Group.
The Senior HR Advisor provides a high-performing operational HR service, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees. The role combines strategic input and operational excellence whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with business objectives.
Your key areas of focus will include operational HR support to the divisions within our client's business including employee cycle, performance management, data management, payroll, employee relations and recruitment.
