Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing diaries, booking meeting rooms, sending invitations, and ensuring necessary equipment is in place.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for senior management.
  • Organising and supporting corporate events, training, and networking activities.
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, and document packs for meetings, and taking minutes.
  • Providing administrative support to marketing and communications teams.
  • Managing inboxes and preparing monthly expense forms.
  • Providing cover for reception duties when required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, excellent organisational and communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to new systems quickly. Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
