Compliance, Part-time, Risk Our client is seeking a temporary CMP Analyst to join their Compliance & Risk function for a fixed duration of three months. This part-time position requires you to support the effective delivery of Jersey's legal and regulatory obligations while ensuring that internal standards, systems, and controls are upheld. You will play an essential role by assisting Compliance team members, including those in Key Person positions. Your contributions will be pivotal in the Compliance Monitoring Programme, maintaining systems and controls, and providing critical support across Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Conduct, and Prudential regulations. The role will allow you to work in a dynamic and regulated environment, enhancing your skills and experience while contributing to the team's overall success. Job Duties:

Conduct CMP testing across all key risk areas. Document findings, follow up on remedial actions, and escalate material deficiencies to the Compliance Officer and/or the Money Laundering Compliance Officer. Assist with annual CMP testing for regulated and supervised client entities when necessary. Provide general support in daily compliance operations, including screening and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) matters. Help review and update Compliance Registers, working closely with client teams to resolve discrepancies. Attend and minute internal Risk & Compliance Committee meetings as required.

Job Requirements:

Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compliance or relevant experience within fiduciary or funds environments. Actively studying or planning to study towards a recognised compliance qualification (e.g., ICA). Sound understanding of Jersey’s AML/CFT/CPF regime and regulatory environment, including JFSC Codes of Practice. Knowledge of fund, corporate, and trust structures. Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
