An established organisation is seeking a Receptionist & Secretarial Support Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls professionally.
  • Manage the reception inbox and respond to enquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, and boardroom bookings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, letters, and general correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and courier arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and support day-to-day office administration.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to contract managers and the wider business.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or secretarial role and be comfortable working in a busy office environment. You will be professional, well organised, and confident communicating with a range of people. This role suits someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys supporting others, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work.
