Banking, Project Management Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive key projects within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, as well as monitoring and reporting on project progress. The Senior Project Manager will also implement best practices in project management and lead a team of professionals towards achieving project goals. This is a full-time position beginning immediately. Our client emphasises the importance of effective communication and strong leadership skills in this role. Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all phases of project lifecycle Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans and track progress Coordinate and lead project team members, fostering teamwork and accountability Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status and related issues Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a senior role Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
