Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Process payments including invoices, capital calls, and distributions in line with internal procedures.
- Maintain and update investor information accurately within internal systems.
- Assist with collating and managing due diligence documentation requests.
- Save, organise, and maintain records within the document management system.
- Support the fund administration and accounting teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assist with incoming calls, greeting visitors, and general office support where required.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as directed by the team.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in an administrative role and be comfortable following processes within a regulated or professional environment. You will be well organised, computer literate, and able to work accurately under pressure. This role suits someone keen to develop their career within fund administration and financial services, with a positive attitude and strong team focus.
