This is an exciting opportunity to join a Guernsey-based company with a portfolio of insurance entities.

You will play a pivotal role in the operations and insurance subsidiaries.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support senior management in driving operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will bring a unique blend of insurance expertise, financial insight, and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Director and collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver business intelligence, streamline processes, and contribute to international growth initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative, remote position (must be based in Guernsey) suited to someone who is organised, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, evolving business landscape.

You will need to have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement, have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, alongside excellent Excel or data-handling skills; and comfortable in a tech-first environment.

You will need prior experience in insurance, finance, or related fields.
