Senior Resourcing Associate

Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Coordinate resourcing activity across service lines to meet business demand. Support workforce planning, capacity management, and utilisation reporting. Liaise with stakeholders to understand resourcing requirements and priorities. Maintain accurate resourcing data and contribute to forecasting activity. Identify resourcing risks and escalate challenges appropriately. Support continuous improvement of resourcing processes and tools. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or a similar operational role within a professional or regulated environment. Strong organisational skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to build trusted relationships are essential.
