A fantastic opportunity to join our client's collaborative and well-structured compliance team, supporting independence, ethics, and financial crime controls. The role provides broad exposure, structured development, and hands-on experience within a regulated environment. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Support the delivery of compliance, independence, and ethics processes across the business. Review, organise, and maintain compliance documentation, communications, and records. Assist with annual reviews and updates of policies and procedures. Monitor shared compliance mailboxes and allocate actions appropriately. Track and allocate mandatory compliance tasks for new joiners. Maintain registers and logs, including breaches and systems access records. Support compliance monitoring activity and prepare reporting outputs. Assist with general administrative support across the risk and compliance teams. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies. Work collaboratively with colleagues across different locations and teams. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and an interest in compliance, ethics, or risk within a professional or regulated environment. A relevant professional qualification (such as ACCA or ICAEW) and previous compliance experience is beneficial, with further study support available. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with systems and procedures are essential.
