Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support and oversee compliance, independence, and ethics processes across the firm.
- Review and update policies, procedures, and internal guidance.
- Review independence applications, consultations, and disclosures.
- Investigate breaches and support root cause analysis and remediation.
- Conduct compliance monitoring testing and prepare reports, including PICT reviews.
- Maintain and oversee compliance registers and tracking logs.
- Support regulatory reporting, inspections, and internal governance reporting.
- Coordinate training activity and support delivery of compliance communications.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to operational improvements.
- Support implementation and testing of compliance systems and tools.
- Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions and business functions.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance, risk, or audit within a professional services or regulated environment. A relevant professional qualification (such as ACCA or ICAEW) is beneficial, with further study support available. Strong judgement, attention to detail, and confidence working with policies, investigations, and senior stakeholders are essential.
