Our client, is a niche legal practice specialising in Private Client, Trusts, and Corporate Law, are seeking an experienced PA / Office Manager to provide high-level personal and operational support to the sole partner and to manage the efficient day-to-day running of the practice.
This is a varied and responsible role requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a small professional practice.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients and will play a central role in office management, compliance, and administrative efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a wide range of secretarial experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
Key skills will include organisational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication and IT skills such as Microsoft office.
Desirable experience includes AML /KYC requirements, familiarity with Guernsey legal or regulatory processes and experience in Commercial Law, Trusts, Private Client work or Litigation.
