Compliance, Risk Our client is seeking two Consultant Compliance Officers to provide outsourced MLRO/MLCO services to clients. This exciting role requires individuals who can advise and assist clients on applicable laws, regulations, rules, and standards, as well as handle regulatory reporting. Successful candidates will participate in the development of Compliance programmes and serve as a crucial contact point within the Client Compliance Services Team for inquiries. The position entails maintaining PEP registers, authorising PEP transaction clearance, and conducting regulatory reporting. The role is vital in ensuring regulatory compliance while interacting with business partners, regulators, and auditors. Those who possess a keen sense of Compliance risk management and have a solid background in the relevant laws and regulations will thrive in this environment. Job Duties:

Provides outsourced MLRO/MLCO services to clients. Advises clients on applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Participates in developing Compliance programmes and assists with Compliance inquiries from internal partners. Maintains PEP register and authorises PEP transaction clearance. Conducts Transaction Monitoring and Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Agrees on monthly outsourcing oversight and QC testing of offshore locations providing AML services. Establishes written guidance on Compliance-related policies and procedures. Identifies Compliance risk and develops guidelines to minimise such risks. Interacts with business partners, regulators, and auditors regarding regulatory topics. Acts as a subject matter expert in regulatory Compliance matters. Mentors junior employees and reviews their work.

Job Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of GFSC laws and regulations. Several years’ experience in Compliance or risk management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to consult with and communicate relevant information to clients and internal partners at board level. Experience in applying laws and regulations to business practices.
