CSP/Administration, Trust Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised temporary Assistant Manager to support the Private Client Services team for a 6-month fixed term contract. This hybrid role involves assisting with the administration duties and activities necessary for the successful management and completion of client reviews. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with team members to ensure that client profiles and risk assessments are handled efficiently and in compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to review cycles. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while honing your skills in client management and compliance. Job Duties:
Assist in the review and drafting of client profiles and risk assessments, including post client-on-boarding, periodic, reduced services, and PEP reviews across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure reviews are conducted and administered in accordance with internal policies, legal and regulatory obligations. Undertake evaluation of World-check 1/media check screening output. Perform scanning and filing tasks as required. Support management in resolving issues identified from various types of reviews. Aid in the timely production of Management Information. Collaborate effectively with team members on projects, updating the line manager as required. Monitor and manage the relevant Team email inbox. Achieve utilisation targets set by management. Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by management. Maintain ongoing knowledge of and compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. Adhere to risk and associated compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation. Follow core values and expected behaviours of the organisation. Ensure compliance with CPD requirements in line with qualification levels and internal procedures.
Job Requirements:
Excellent planning and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work. Ability to review and resolve issues effectively. Self-motivated and proactive in achieving excellent client service alongside the team. A positive “can do” attitude and a good team player. Competent keyboard skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, with a willingness to learn other systems used within the business.
