Fund Accounting Manager

This senior accounting role offers the chance to lead fund reporting for high-quality real estate and private equity clients while mentoring teams and shaping service delivery standards. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Lead preparation and review of statutory and investor reporting. Manage client relationships and expectations. Oversee audits, NAVs, and complex transactions. Line manage and develop accounting team members. Drive efficiencies and support internal projects. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience and proven experience managing people and complex fund structures.
