Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead HR operations, resourcing, performance management, and payroll oversight.
- Deliver employee relations support and manage sensitive cases.
- Drive learning & development and engagement initiatives.
- Manage policy updates and employment law compliance.
- Line manage HR team members and support business leaders.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' HR leadership experience and hold (or be working towards) CIPD Level 3 or above. Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and commercial awareness are key.
