A respected financial services business in **Guernsey **is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to sit at the intersection of technology, operations and data, helping to automate processes and improve how the organisation works behind the scenes.
This role is all about turning manual processes into smart, integrated workflows using Laserfiche and SQL, making it ideal for a commercially minded developer who enjoys building practical solutions that genuinely improve business efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining document management processes, dashboards and workflows within Laserfiche.
- Automating manual processes and supporting the “key it once” ethos through system-led solutions.
- Integrating Laserfiche with other business systems to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.
- Providing technical support for system interfaces, data feeds and electronic document handling.
You’ll be an experienced programmer or analyst with Laserfiche and SQL experience, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues. You’ll be proactive, improvement-focused and motivated by delivering efficient, effective solutions that enhance both internal operations and client experience.
