The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, providing expert advice, and ensuring each case is handled efficiently in line with company policies. The position aims to support the achievement of the team's goals through effective claims management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing fair, timely, and high-quality claims experiences to customers. This is a full-time role with opportunities for professional development and career growth. Job Duties:
Handling claims in accordance with company policies and compliance standards. Delivering a high-quality customer service and expert claims advice. Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Managing a caseload across varied lines of business. Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and systems. Assisting colleagues through knowledge sharing and on-the-job training. Contributing to team projects and ad hoc initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment. Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
