An opportunity to shape and lead an in-house compliance function for a growing funds business in **Guernsey **that values trust, autonomy, and getting things done.
This is a senior, outcome-focused role where you’ll move compliance from outsourced to embedded, working closely with the leadership team in a small, high-calibre Guernsey office.
Responsibilities include:
- Take on prescribed responsibilities including MLRO, MLCO and related roles
- Design, implement and own the compliance monitoring programme
- Act as the primary point of contact with the GFSC, building strong, credible relationships
- Lead AML/CFT frameworks, policies and practical solutions across the business
