Our client is seeking to appoint a Team Leader to understand the business of new and existing clients, their approach to insurance and risk management and to design and administer insurance solutions for the protection of their material assets and liabilities.
In this role you will provide insurance broking support to the Directors by managing the team and will involve client file administration, data inputting and telephone & electronic (email) client contact and communication as well as with insurers and underwriters.
You will always demonstrate the professionalism of the Company when dealing with or visiting clients, dealing with insurers and product providers, and in all communications and to conduct the business of the Company at all times in a courteous and efficient manner.
You will need to maintain and achieve growth in income from existing clients, expanding client portfolios with additional covers, negotiating sales with clients and actively increasing business through cross and up selling where possible.
