Adventure Days Co-ordinator - Summer 2026

We're looking for a confident organiser to lead our Adventure Days holiday club for children aged 8-13 at Les Maingys Activity Centre. You'll coordinate a small team of instructors and oversee a daily mix of coasteering, paddle sports, climbing, high ropes, beach days and more for up to 28 children. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being outdoors, is great with kids and keeps safety front and centre. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Up to 8 weeks over the summer holidays (minimum 4 weeks) Includes 3 days of paid training during Easter holidays You: 21+ and confident working with children Organised, calm and good at leading a team Happy in the water and outdoors in all weathers We offer: Fun, active work with a supportive team Training and good seasonal pay (higher rates for D1 minibus licence holders) Interested?
