Freelance are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities •Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. •Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. •Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of queries. •Provide product and service information to customers. Skills & Experience •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. •Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential. •Proficiency in basic computer applications.
