Freelance is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of warranty claim processes, from initial receipt to resolution. You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: •Receive, process, and review warranty claims for completeness and accuracy. •Verify claim eligibility in line with company policies and guidelines. •Maintain detailed records of claims, customer information, product specifications, and resolutions. •Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. What We're Looking For: •Strong communication and customer service skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. •Previous experience in warranty administration is a plus (but not required).
