Assistant Boatman / Labourer / Varied

Full time trainee assistant. Varied role to include, garden and grounds up keep, strimming, driving tractors / dumpers and mowers, some basic building work and occasionally some house preparations. Feeding chickens and birds. The role also requires crewing a small staff / cargo boat, use of small dory's & summer rib driving. Some boat work is required. Power boat Level 2 helpful & previous experience. Suitable candidates who show enthusiasm could work towards a Yachtmaster ticket depending on experience. Full time position 42 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Paid bank holidays and 20 days paid annual leave per annum. This is a trainee youngster position with a good salary package. Guernsey right to work / Guernsey residency with GY number only. This trainee role is suited to a young, keen, fit individual with enthusiasm and a willingness to become part of a small team enjoying challenges and outside work.
