NEW OFF-GRID RESTAURANT & CAFÉ (GUERNSEY) FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER We're launching an exciting new off‑grid restaurant and café shaped by land, sea, and Southeast Asian inspiration — and we're looking for a Front of House team member with exceptional people skills to help bring the experience to life. Key Responsibilities Serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees and alcoholic beverages Greet customers and guide them through their visit with warmth and confidence Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks to tables Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable workspace Keep customer areas tidy, comfortable, and welcoming Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations About the Environment Our concept operates in an indoor-outdoor, off‑grid setting.
