Our client is seeking a Trust and Company Administrator / Officer to join their professional team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with regulatory and internal standards. This role involves regular client interaction, effective task management, and maintaining accurate records, while also supporting wider team objectives. Job Duties Administer a portfolio of trust and company entities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records and client files Prepare board packs, minutes, and resolutions for routine transactions Liaise with clients and intermediaries on a regular basis, dealing with queries and requests efficiently Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including due diligence and KYC processes Process payments and distributions in accordance with mandates and company policies Assist with the preparation of financial statements and liaise with accountants or auditors where required Contribute to internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives Support senior staff with more complex cases as required Job Requirements Previous experience in trust and company administration Strong understanding of fiduciary and regulatory obligations Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
