They are seeking a Trust Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of offshore companies and trusts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to supervise a dedicated team based in Guernsey, ensuring efficient service delivery to a diverse range of international clients. Job Duties Oversee the accurate maintenance of statutory records and ensure compliance at all times. Review and approve payments and board resolutions/minutes as a B signatory under the client signing arrangements. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Liaise with internal departments on legal, accounting, and taxation matters, accommodating varying levels of complexity. Communicate with clients and intermediaries via telephone and written correspondence regarding complex matters. Train and assist junior staff with queries and challenges. Support the Manager with requirements as needed. Conduct performance and objective reviews, promoting team development. Job Requirements A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role. Achieved or currently studying towards a professional qualification, such as a STEP Certificate/Diploma. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong team-oriented mindset. Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience managing a team.
