They are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to assist and support the corporate team in administering a diverse portfolio while maintaining a consistently high standard of service. Job Duties Collaborate with the administration team to maintain a balanced portfolio of Corporate Structures. Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across all business areas. Manage a portfolio, ensuring administrative duties such as preparing for meetings, drafting client emails, and supporting timely processing of payments are fulfilled. Support the clearing of review points and assist with compliance matters as necessary. Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and banks, providing a high standard of service. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their development. Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures and promote a compliance-based culture to meet regulatory requirements. Build and maintain relationships with necessary intermediaries. Job Requirements Experience in a similar role within the corporate sector. Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as CGI, with a willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong client service focus in a fast-paced environment. Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft applications. A good standard of education, ideally with emphasis on Maths and English at GCSE or A Level equivalent.
