Our client is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager – Trust to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients. This vital role is essential for ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their trusts are managed efficiently within established guidelines. As a pivotal member of the team, the Relationship Manager will work closely with clients and their advisors, ensuring that all requirements and expectations are met to foster long-term relationships. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director. Job Duties Attend meetings with clients and their advisors, including bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents, or consultants, to discuss client matters. Ensure clients’ needs are met and their portfolios are managed effectively. Conduct client visits as per service level agreements and risk review profiles. Drive client acquisition through on-boarding, risk rating, CDD collection, and sign-off. Support business development efforts by achieving sales targets and generating new business leads. Regularly review clients in line with the business risk profile process. Maximise client profitability while fostering retention and growth. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory obligations. Provide technical guidance and support to the administration team. Meet deadlines tied to assigned portfolios while adhering to regulatory requirements. Maintain an up-to-date client database by promptly recording changes. Complete timesheets accurately and in a timely manner. Job Requirements Significant experience in the trust industry. A relevant professional qualification. Demonstrated adaptability and versatility in a changing work environment. Strong ethical standards in behaviour and decision-making. Proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Client-centric approach, anticipating and meeting client needs effectively. Leadership capabilities to influence and motivate colleagues towards achieving results.
